Bob & Maggie Wynne's mountain home was built by Bob's great-grandfather in 1907. The Wynnes wanted to renovate most of the original 2400 s.f and also to build a 1200 s.f. addition. In keeping with the original house, the addition was designed with exterior forms and materials typically found in the mountain vernacular, and a Craftsman-style interior. The front porch, which had been enclosed in an earlier renovation, was reopened and restored to its original beauty.
